Law on Privacy

Informative declaration in compliance with art. 10 of Law 675/96.
The personal data notified by visitors to Perfect Cool srl under the terms of this contract will be used by the same for:

• a) purposes strictly connected with and necessary for the supply of the service;
• b) purposes that facilitate our services, such as economic analyses and internal statistics.

Art. 13 Law 675/96

Relative to the treatment of personal data, the interested person has the right:

1. to become aware of, by means of free access to the register as per art. 31, section 1, part a), the existence of treatment of data that might regard him or her;

   a.) to be informed of the indications of art. 7, section 4, parts a) b) and h);
   
   b.) to obtain from the proprietor or the person responsible without delay:
   confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data regarding him or her, even if not yet registered, and the communication in an intelligible form of said data and of their existence, and also of the rationale and purposes on which treatment is based; the request may be renewed, except in the case of justified motivations, after an interval of 90 days a declaration that the operations referred to in points 2) and 3) have been brought to the awareness, together with their contents, of those persons to whom they have been communicated or disclosed, except for the case in which such performance should be impossible or imply a expenditure of resources that is manifestly out of proportion to the protected right;

   c.) to oppose himself or herself, either totally or partially, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of personal data regarding himself or herself, even if pertinent to the aims of data collection;

   d.) to oppose himself or herself, either totally or partially, to the treatment of personal data regarding himself or herself envisaged for the purposes of commercial information or the sending of advertising materials or of direct sale, or for the performing of market research or interactive commercial communication, and to be informed by the proprietor, no later that the moment in which his or her data have been communicated or disclosed, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.

2. For each request under the terms of section 1, part c) no. 1), a contribution towards expenses may be requested from the interested party, if the existence of data regarding him or her be not confirmed, no greater that the costs effectively sustained, in the ways and within the limits established by the regulations as per art. 33, section 3.
3. The rights envisaged by section 1 referred to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone with an interest therein.
4. In the exercise of the right envisaged by section 1, the interested party may confer power of proxy, in writing, to physical or juridical persons or to associations. The regulations on professional secrecy of persons exercising the profession of journalist, limited to the source of news, shall remain uncompromised.
5. Competent court
   For any controversy whatsoever on the interpretation, execution or termination of this agreement, the sole competent court shall be the Court of Rimini.
