PROBLEM
Air-borne dust particles produced by the processing or movement of materials are a serious problem both for workforce health and machinery efficiency.
Perfect Cool fogging systems are an extremely cheap and efficient way of eliminating suspended dust particles of PM 10 and even smaller. |
 HOW WE ELIMINATE DUST
The system is based on our specially designed Fog modules , which bring water from a mains supply to a pressure of 60-70 bar, then filtering it and supplying it to pipes in steel and/or polyamide, after which it is micronized through special nozzles.
The minute water drops produced by the system, with a size of just 10 microns, attract dust particles and precipitate them.
The small amount of water used (4.5 litres/hour for every spray outlet) allows dust particles to be eliminated with only a minimum amount of dampness.
It is important for the system to work at high pressure, producing water droplets of only 10 microns, because the smaller the water droplets are, they have a greater capacity to capture dust articles. |

guarantees excellent results with very low running costs.
The flexibility of our systems allows us to install water supply lines in any point, including conveyor belts, tipping areas, holding tanks, etc, and we can also divide systems so as to cover different areas with a single Fog module.
This dust elimination system can be easily integrated with systems to eliminate unpleasant smells, and a batching pump can add a product to neutralize these smells to the water supply.
